About 3rd Grade Strings
Welcome to third grade and the Suzuki String Program!
The Parkway School District provides violin lessons using the Suzuki method for all third graders. This motivating and rewarding program is designed to skillfully guide young students in a researched and sequenced string curriculum that fosters inherent abilities and musical growth for every child. Through Suzuki instruction, students develop listening skills, playing technique, sensitivity, discipline, ability to work with others and positive self-esteem through personal success.
Our music educators believe we can encourage intellectual and character development through the Parkway string program.
